The organisation’s Integrated Management System is supplemented by a Service Delivery Plan for each project, ensuring that the specific requirements, objectives and local needs are determined, addressed and delivered.

Briden Homes Limited will endeavour to work closely with our suppliers and sub-contractors to develop joint standards with respect to Quality. We will provide coaching where necessary to enable them to work with us to identify and apply best practice.

The effective dissemination and operation of the Integrated Management System is the responsibility of all concerned, under the leadership of the Directors. The delivery of quality and customer satisfaction is fundamental to all work undertaken by Briden Homes Limited.
