Briden Homes are now getting ready to open their stunning show apartment at their Cantilever View development.  The much anticipated show apartment will be opening its doors before the end of February and the staff will be getting ready to make appointments to view

The new Sales Office at Cantilever View is now open.  The office is open Thursday - Monday 12 - 6pm and carries details of the plots available and samples of interiors etc.  The office also has details of Briden Homes' other developments in the area

The waiting is almost over at Cantilever View
The long awaited development of the Briden Homes' Cantilever site, Station Road, is now underway.  The site has caused great interest over the past 24 months.  Plans have now been revealed to show the design of the spectacular apartments development that set out to change the look of the site for ever and positively affect the local area - 'Cantilever View apartments' is bringing town living at affordable prices.

The 70 apartments and 2 luxury penthouse suites have been designed to offer something for everyone across a wide range of prices with fabulous specifications.  Building of Cantilever View has now started.

Brian Foden of Briden Homes says "I've been looking forward to building something like Cantilever View for many many years - it is a great development and I've enjoyed working with our designers and architects to get this far and I'm now looking forward to seeing the site grow from nothing to something absolutely fabulous".

The 70 apartments are 1,2 & 3 bedroom and the first phase of 14 apartments have been released for sale and will be ready in the Autumn.  12 of the 14 first phase apartments have been sold already. The second phase will then be available 12 months later.

Brian goes on to say "the site has already seen a lot of interest and as soon as plans were able to be seen we've been able to secure sales of apartments.  People just seem to really enjoy what we're planning at Cantilever View and want to be a part of it."
