Directions

From M6 - Leave the motorway at J.20 and follow the A50 (Knutsford Road) to Warrington. Continue through Grappenhall passing the Springbok pub on right hand side and after approx. 5 miles from the motorway pass over a swing bridge over the Manchester Ship Canal. Turn immediately left into Station Road and the development will be 400 yards on the right-hand side.

From M56 Westbound - Leave the motorway at J11 and take the second exit and continue along the M56 heading north to Warrington. Continue for approx. 4 miles and after crossing a swing bridge over the Manchester Ship Canal take the next right turn into Gainsborough Road. Continue to the traffic lights and cross over into Loushers Lane passing Greenalls on the right hand side and Warrington Town Football Club. At the junction turn right on to Station Road and Cantilever View is approx.300 yards on the left hand side.

From M56 Eastbound - Leave the motorway at J10 and take the fourth exit on to A49 (Warrington) London Road and pass through Stockton Heath. Pass over a swing bridge over the Manchester Ship Canal and at the next set of traffic lights (by Greenall’s Brewery) turn right into Loushers Lane and pass Warrington Town Football Club. At the junction turn right on to Station Road and Cantilever View is approx.300 yards on the left hand side.
